Diana Wojtyra

Dietitian

Healthy eating is not only my job but also a great passion. I have already taken care of my body from my teenage years when I was a dancer in a dance and acrobatic team and had to take care of my form and fitness. After 11 years of dancing, I completed my master’s degree at the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw related to physical activity, in between teaching fitness classes in Warsaw. As a young dancer, AWF student, and Fitness Instructor, I began to have health problems. I kept bouncing off doctors’ doors hoping for answers as to what was happening to me, unfortunately to no avail. I decided it was time to take matters into my own hands and did my first 4-step course in dietetics at Mauricz Training Center. It gave me answers to what was happening to me and showed me how much power proper nutrition has on the body. The right changes made me have back the desire to live an active life. This pushed me to decide to go to another college this time in Clinical Dietetics.

Today I actively participate in trainings and follow current research results to be able to solve the problems of my charges in a holistic way and show them the way to a beautiful but above all healthy figure.

My hors d’oeuvre is primarily autoimmune diseases like Hashimoto’s disease, insulin resistance and brain support diets, but I also guide people who want to lose weight, rebuild immunity and those who are just looking for answers to the question “what’s wrong with me?” because I was in that place once too.
