Lukasz Kowalski

physiotherapist | physical therapist | trainer

My name is Luke Kowalski and I am a master’s degree in physiotherapy. I also expand my knowledge and workshop in osteopathy at the Still Academy of Osteopathy. I specialize in working with patients with acute and chronic pain complaints of the spine and peripheral joints, using a holistic approach. By working with the autonomic and somatic systems, I create conditions for the body to regenerate itself and restore homeostasis.

In my practice, I primarily use a wide range of techniques, including manual, fascial and visceral therapy. In addition, I work with people with dental disorders, i.e. temporomandibular joint tension pain, bruxism, headaches and characteristic “clicking” in the temporomandibular joint. I also use dry needling methods to reduce overloading of soft structures and to work out immobile post-traumatic and post-surgical scars. I plan patients for general training, and present corrective and strengthening exercises to complement office therapy.

Privately, I am a fan of soccer, tennis and world travel.

My experience and knowledge of anatomy and physiology allow me to find the cause of dysfunction and effectively help patients recover and function in daily life. I am a committed person, and my highest value at work is the welfare of the patient. Aiming for full professional development, I am currently earning the title of osteopath, which will allow me to broaden the scope of my skills and help in an even more comprehensive way. I invite you to contact me and visit me.
