I am a graduate of the Higher School of Rehabilitation in Warsaw, where I received a master’s degree in physiotherapy. I am currently developing my knowledge at the Sutherland College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Osteon Polish Academy of Osteopathy, learning from the best osteopaths and physiotherapists in Europe.
My work is guided by a holistic approach to patients’ health. I believe that the body functions as a whole, and that every part of it is interconnected and interacts with each other. I strive to thoroughly understand the causes of the patient’s ailments, which allows me to select the most effective treatment methods. I work on the basis of manual techniques that help restore balance in the body.
I most often help patients with:
- Acute and chronic pain in the spine and peripheral joints,
- Post-traumatic and post-surgical conditions,
- Headaches and dizziness, including migraines and tension headaches,
- dysfunctions of the masticatory organ, temporomandibular joint, facial and neck muscles,
- digestive problems, including reflux, irritable bowel syndrome, or abdominal pain of unknown origin,
- disorders of the autonomic nervous system, such as chronic fatigue, stress and insomnia.
- Privately, I am passionate about cycling and an active lifestyle.
