Physiotherapist | physical therapist

I am a certified physiotherapist and a student of osteopathy. I graduated from the Social Academy of Sciences in Warsaw and now I am further educated at the Warsaw Academy of Osteopathic Medicine

Philosophy of my work

At the center of my practice is the person – his or her history, needs and goals. I firmly believe that effective therapy begins with a careful conversation and a detailed medical history. During the visit, I always try to explain in a simple and understandable way the mechanisms behind the ailments the patient is struggling with.

With awareness and understanding of their body, the patient can actively participate in the healing process. Therefore, in addition to manual therapy, I also introduce elements of self-therapy and changes in habits – all in order to achieve lasting and best results.

What do I specialize in?

I help adults with treatments such as:

  • Acute and chronic pain,
  • Neurological dysfunctions (including numbness in the limbs, burning tingling sensations, burning sensations and sensory disturbances),
  • Orthopedic conditions (injuries, strains, pre- and post-operative preparation),
  • Headaches (including migraines),
  • Temporomandibular joint disorders (dental physiotherapy),
  • Spinal dysfunction.

In my work, I use proven therapeutic methods such as osteopathy, manual therapy, therapeutic movement, pinotherapy and dry needle therapy. With a wide range of training and experience, I offer treatment according to the highest standards of medicine.

Why me?

As a passionate movement and sports enthusiast, I have faced injuries myself more than once. This personal experience has allowed me to better understand the emotions and needs of patients. I know how important it is to take an individual approach and select the right therapeutic tools – ones that realistically help you get back to health and fitness.
