I am a certified physical therapist specializing in manual therapy. I work with the musculoskeletal, fascial and visceral systems, selecting techniques individually to suit the patient’s needs and condition. In my practice, I use clinical diagnostic tools and a functional approach, which allows me to accurately assess the source of disorders and effectively address them. I work with both physically active people and patients with sedentary lifestyles, helping them regain comfort, freedom of movement and a better sense of well-being My practice also includes working with patients who have undergone various types of surgeries or minor procedures, with patients who require post-traumatic and orthopedic physiotherapy ( including after orthopedic surgeries).
I also expand my knowledge and workshop into osteopathy at the Still Academy of Osteopathy. In my work I follow a holistic approach, which is the foundation of osteopathic medicine. I believe that the human body is an integrated whole, capable of self-regulation and self-healing if given the right conditions. My goal as a therapist is not only to alleviate symptoms, but first and foremost to find and eliminate the root cause of the problem.
During each visit, I focus on the person as a whole – his or her lifestyle, history of injury, mental and physical burdens that may affect the current state of health. The therapy I provide is not limited to working with pain – it also includes prevention, patient education, and support in returning to full function. If you are looking for therapy that takes into account the interdependence of the body’s systems and aims to improve body function in the long term, I invite you to contact me.
